The Committee was due to re-inspect the property on 11 February 2011. However on 10 February 2011 the Tenant confirmed in writing that the issue with the water supply had now been resolved to his satisfaction by a number of measures implemented by the Landlords.In the circumstances it was not necessary for the Committee to carry out the reinspection. The Committee is accordingly now satisfied that it is appropriate to revoke the Repairing Standard Enforcement Order. File:
