The Private Rented Housing Committee now require the Landlords to carry out such work as is necessary for the purposes of ensuring that the house concerned meets the repairing standard and in particular:- (a) Carry out such works as are necessary to repair or replace the garden fencing at therear of the property to ensure that it is in a reasonable state of repair and in proper working order.(b) Carry out such repairs are as necessary to the three external lights and the security light at the rear of the property to ensure that they are in a reasonable state of repair and in proper working order.The Private Rented Housing Committee require the Landlords to carry out such works as are necessary to make good any damage caused by the carrying out of the works required in terms of this order.
