On 2nd August 2011 the Tenant sent the clerk of the PRHP an email advising that the sOlid works had been completed. In view of the terms of the email from the Tenant and the minor nature of the reqUired works the Committee agreed that no further inspection was reqUired and they also agreed that the RSEO should be revoked in terms of section 25(1)(b) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2011.
